# Fantasy Hockey Points Leaders by Season, 2016-17 to 2025-26

The page at /fantasy/leaders/ lists the top 50 skaters and top 15 goalies in fantasy points for each of the last ten NHL regular seasons. Pick a season and the tables redraw; toggle between ESPN points and Yahoo points and they re-sort, because the two default scoring systems disagree about who was most valuable.

Every figure is recomputed from the NHL's own published season stats under the CURRENT 2026-27 ESPN and Yahoo default scoring values. These are not the totals those platforms actually awarded in the season shown. Scoring settings change year to year and every league is configurable, so check your own settings screen before trusting any set of defaults.

What each row carries: games played, goals, assists, points, shots on goal, hits, blocked shots, power-play points, then the ESPN total and per-game rate and the Yahoo total and per-game rate. Goalie rows carry wins, losses, overtime losses, shutouts, saves, goals against, goals-against average and save percentage from the NHL's own published figures.

Two seasons in the range were shortened. The 2019-20 regular season stopped at 68 to 71 games per club and 2020-21 was a 56-game schedule. Totals from those years are not comparable to an 82-game season, and the page prints that warning above the table whenever either is selected. The per-game columns are the fair comparison.

A "decade at a glance" strip above the board shows the season leader for each of the ten years in the selected scoring system, with the counting line beside the total.
