Hockey Insights Draft is an independent, static site. Everything on it is built ahead of time from credited public data — EliteProspects, NHL.com, PuckPedia, Tankathon, NHL Central Scouting, the official combine invite list, and the public writers credited in the ranking picker — then deployed as plain files. Nothing loads from a live feed while users browse, so every page is a snapshot that ages until the next refresh.

Scout's notebook quotes are checked word-for-word against their cited articles before publishing. Rankings are a consensus of public boards, not a forecast. Mock drafts stay in the user's browser — no accounts, no backend.
